FTP QUESTION

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF SPACE ON FTP, DO YOU HAVE TO START DELETING OLD PICTURES FROM OLD ENTRIES, SAYS I'M OUT OF FTP DISC SPACE?

That's exactly what you have to do.  Actually, since you are using pictures edited with frames and all, it takes more space.  Look on your ftp space and see the difference.

I don't use FTP space, I use an outside photo site but I do know that you are allotted x amount of FTP space per screen name so just create a new screen name and use it's FTP space.

Maybe your photos are too large to begin with.  You could reduce the sizes & replace them with smaller versions.  I had these questions for MAGIC SMOKE, http://journals.aol.com/journalseditor/magicsmoke, & he did submit an entry on this subject.
You might need to start another Journal under another screen name.

Use Photobucket.com. It's free and your can make it private, plus you can set up a file/folder system to keep them organized. Either that or do as I did and create a new screenname and use it's FTP space.

I have (I think) 6 AOL screen names, which leaves me with one more that I can turn to when I run out of space. I have 2 AOL journals plus a few homepages on two of them, and haven't run out yet. There are other free services that I use as well: Bravenet, FreeWebs, Yahoo. You can find numerous free website, journals, homepages out there. If you want to see some examples, just let me know.

Hi Derek,
Your best bet is to create a couple more screen names.  I have two myself.
Happy uploading.  :)
