Round Robin Challenge: Wabi Sabi

When I lived at the beach this was my view when I walked across the street to stare at the beach and the moonlight.  There was a new beauty each night. A wabi sabi beauty.  I used to get home have my dinner go jog, and then just sit for an hour staring at the moon over the ocean or the stars in the sky.  Looking at the picture makes me think of those fleeting moments of happiness.  The shore with it's new footprints in the sand.

Hi Derek :)

As always your photos speak to my soul. I love the ocean and find myself there all the time taking pictures. I love it when the sun seems to play silver with the water, and of course the contrast in the foreground is stunning!

Always, Carly :)

Derek,
This photo is soooo perfect.  I love how the moon shines over the water with a glimpse of clouds in the sky & the foreground is still bright with color.
Lovely & serene....(i miss the beach)

What a glorious photograph. It would be easy to get lost in such a vision of beauty.

Awesome photo!  I used to live near the beaches, grew up on the central coast of California.  Thanks for sharing and bringing back some of my memories of home.
